Description :
I am looking for someone who can parse pdf or plain text files/pages. I could provide with the format you prefer. Attached is a sample pages. I will explain the conditions and adjustments to be done on each page (very simple). There are a lot of pages to be parsed. I pay based on per page, the more you parse the better it is :-). I am looking for someone who can parse each page very fast and would be able to parse at least 20 to 30 pages for the first project.
I prefer Perl language but I am open to any other language.
