Description : Incorp Solutions has offices in the US & Australia. We are looking to partner with Call Center’s wanting to have a long standing relation with us on our Programs. Our goal is to maintain transparency and make this a symbiotic relationship.
We are not Broker Consultants. Incorp Solutions are Direct Distributors for the below Programs. Since we are Direct Distributors we offer all our Call Center Partners the highest commissions in the market.
Our commissions are 20% higher than any of the retailers or sub dealers in the market since we partner with Call Center’s directly and we don’t outsource our programs through middlemen or Broker Consultant firms.

Incorp Solution’s will provide all their Call Center Partner’s with:
1) Training documents
2) Scripting and training.
3) Live monitoring and feedback
4) Daily, Weekly, Monthly reporting
5) On-going training.
6) Customer service.
We expect all our Call Centre Partners to provide:
1) On-site training for their agents
2) Remote call monitoring capabilities.
3) 100% recording of sales calls.
4) Agents with 2 years Experience in Inbound/Outbound Campaign’s.
5) Minimum Seats required on each Program: 25
INBOUND US PROGRAM:
This section is only for Call Canter’s that are ISO Certified and have been already running Inbound Customer Service Programs for at least a minimum of 5 Years.
Incorp Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Team who can handle their Inbound Calls for their Satellite and Wireless Services Programs running under them.
At an average we have around 50,000 – 70,000 Activations per year under the Satellite and Wireless Services Campaigns. This was handled by our in house customer service team in the US. Now we would like to outsource operations to an ISO Certified Call Center that already carries experience running Inbound Campaigns.
