Description :
I have an aspx web page (attached) built in Expression Web that is a menu for selecting and downloading MS word document templates. The menu is driven by TreeView.
Currently the NavigateUrl for each TreeView node points to a MS Word template (.dot) or Excel template (.xlt) in the templates/ subdirectory.
Example:

Problem:
Clicking the link downloads and opens the template itself (.dot .xlt).
Solution Requested:
I need the TreeView link to open a NEW Word document or NEW Excel spreadsheet based on the template, and not open the template itself.
