SCOPE OF WORK: Scanning
BPO PROJECT OUTSOURCHING METHODOLOGY/DETAILS
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Scanning of forms given using to JPEG/TIF image files
ELIGIBILITY:
1. Companies/Registered/Partnership/Proprietary firms Conversant with BPO works and having the required skill set and manpower to adhere to the quality specifications provided by the data provider.
2. Providing Quality Output and Time Consciousness at all times.
3. Having necessary Infrastructure and Man Power to execute orders in precision.
DURATION:
The total estimated time to complete the works is a minimum of 12 months, containing 24 working days per month.
1. Volume of Work 1,00,000 Forms per month.
2. Accuracy 99.95%
3. Rate Rs. 5 /-per form
4. Total monthly billing Rs. 5,00,000/-per month
5. Payment Security Through one month auto Revolving payment L.C.
6. Business Procurement Fee
Rs. 1,00,000/- per Slot in form of Cheque on company’s name encashable at the time of first three month bill.
7. Consultancy Charges Rs. 50,000/- per slot. In form of DD on our company name at time of first month bill & travel expenses charges Rs.3000/- per client signing.
8 TAT 24-Days work/monthly.
L.C will be released within 48 hours.
