Frequently Ask Questions:-
1. What is the Process of this work?
The Contract time of work will be maximum of 15 months. The last date of the contract period will be given to you in the Registration page authority letter after the registration done by the client.
This includes work submission, QC time, payment date, next circle work. If client do work without rework, then minimum 11 circles of work during this contract period (as per terms).
2. When the client gets the first work?
Company will send clients first circle work within serven days after received clients bonds. We will send the work via CD format through Standard courier service only.
3. What is the duration time of work?
Each cycle of work, maximum 30 days in a month, within 30 days the client have to submit the completed work, to continue his/her contract. Suppose anyone failed to send work, account will be terminated.
Suppose the client done number of pages, , send that done work at least within the working days.
So that his/her contract will continue with same no of pages. Pages quantity willnot increase in any
Cycle.
Ø If the client willnot send work on given time period. No future request will be regarding this. Client will not continue if he/she failed to submit the work.
Ø Company will give rework in every cycle, up to contract period. In every rework cycle only 30 days time, clients should be send within time period. Suppose any one fail to submit rework either in any cycle, he/she will not take their refundable amount back. But contract will not terminate.
Ø We need 100% accurate work, so before 100% accurate work we will give rework to client. Suppose he/she will fail to submit the work within 30 days time frame, the accurate number of pages will get in next quantity will not increase in next any of cycle.
Ø Regarding QC Software, in starting we are not providing any QC software for this work, but will sure be provide very soon within in 3 or 4 months. As we are facing some problems, and the cost of software is very high.
Ø Client Payment, Company will issue once in a month on 15th of every month to your accounts only. We never pay any cash in hand.
4. What will be the format of Work?
You will be get assignments 100- 100 pages (Left/right or single) Pdf files, which you have to manually type in Ms-Word 2000
5 Can I use any software for this work?
No, you are not allowed to use any software for converting PDF file to Ms-Word File. If we found, we will terminate your work. because when you use any software it changes the Ms-Word file codes which is not visible to us. Also these files will be immediately rejected by company systems and your contract should be terminated.
6. How Company will pay me?
Company will pay your amount in the form of Cheque (At Par Cheque) or if you have Bank Account in Axis Bank then we will pay you via online transfer. if you registered yourself under any of our Active Business Associate, you will get your payment from them only. In this case company will not send any payment directly to you.
7. Do you provide me any instructions on how to perform the work?
Yes, we will provide you a instruction file along with the work file & we will provide you full training.
8. Is there any skill required to work?
Yes, Skills are required like typing speed at least 30 WPM, so you can work fast. Computer Knowledge of at-least Ms-Office, Windows.
9. Is this Project i can do on one PC?
As the Pages quantity is high, so we recommend min 5 system, yes you can do work if you have good typing speed, or able to do min 500 pages in a month.
10. After Submitting the work in time, When I'm going to get Accuracy/Checking report & Payment?
After Submission of your work within 10 to 15 days without Saturday and Sunday you will get the accuracy report to your email address, you will get information about your accuracy and payment from them. QC time frame, next cycle work time frame already included into your contract agreement.
11. What about the Registration Fees?
The registration fees is one time refundable. Company will refund your security deposit amount as per given on Deposits Page. after completed 15th month contract period. (Terms Applicable)
12. What are the terms related refund amount?
In this project, due to qc, we are not terminating, if your work accuracy found below then 100%, company will give you one rework. For that rework, you have to submit work next 30 days (In Every Cycle) Suppose you failed to submit your rework within given time frame, you will not get back your refundable security.
13. Will you deduct quantity in pages in 2nd cycle or next cycle?
Yes, it should be depend upon your rework, See the Example Below
Registered for 1000 Pages
100% Accuracy found= 800 Page, will send again 200 pages in Rework within 30 days
After checked Rework, 100% Accuracy Found=100 Pages
In 2nd Circle will get = 900 Pages
14. After getting registered How I'm going to get my work?
On getting registered, within 5 to 10 days we'll send your work via CD format, courier to your address.
15. Suppose if I fail to qualify or submit the work on time in first circle, will I continue my contract?
If you shouldn't qualify your proper accuracy as per given, then you have chance to continue your work as per given terms. Suppose you fail to submit the work on time, in that case you will not continue and your contract will be terminated.
16. How can I submit my done work?
You can send your done work via Email to us within the dead line date. & time.
17. What if I fail in the given work?
If you fail, to complete the work or fail to give the done work within due date, then your contract will terminate, and no more work or payment will be issue.
