1. Title: Modeling, Assembly and Drafting of Thread Rolling Machine-MTR 15T.
Clients: Machine Tool Equipment, India.
Team Size: 5.
This project deals with 3D modeling of all individual parts of Thread Rolling Machine and assembles them to a single unit. This machine has 21 subassemblies in it. Drafting of all individual parts and assemblies are done as per the MTE standards. 2D drawing Hard copies of all parts are given as input for modeling.
2. Title: Modeling and Assembly of Glass Fitment.
Clients: EDRC Global, Malaysia.
Team Size: 4.
The 2-D drawings of the Glass construction assembly is given in AutoCAD
format with some jpg’s of assembly. The model is developed in catia and assembled as per the drawing.
3. Title: Simulation for Multiturret machine.
Clients: Lokesh Machines, India.
Team Size: 2.
The scope of project is to simulate the operations of a MultiTurret Machine, where four different operations like facing, turning, boring and grooving will take place in a sequential order. The project is undertaken in Catia V5 DMU kinematics module and the sequence of operations is simulated in hierarchical order.
4. Title: Generation of Process sheets for CJR Propulsion.
Clients: CJR PROPULSION LTD, UK.
Team Size: 2.
The 2-D drawings and machine specifications for manufacturing the components are given; the Process sheets are developed for the components in an economical way by reducing the number of operations in manufacturing of the component.
5. Title: Design of Fixture for Piston Cylinder Assembly.
Clients: L&T, India.
Team Size: 2.
The main aim of the project is to design the fixture for piston cylinder assembly for Earth movers.3-D modeling an Assembly is made in Catia V5.
6. Title: 3-d Modeling and NC programming of Scorpio Drill Jig.
Clients: NEMCOMED, USA.

The 3-D modeling of Drill Jig and NC code generation is done using Unigraphics
7. Title: Generation of Process sheets and Design of Fixtures and gauges for
Turbine Blades.
Clients: HAL (Koraput), India.

Manufacturing process planning is done accordingly to suite HAL Tool room for 2 casting and 2 forged blades for aircraft engine. Design of fixture and gauges are done for these blades as per the client requirement.
