We provide coding of these documents and analyzing data important to law firms and attorneys for litigation support. We analyze these documents and spit them and index them logically and make sure that they correspond to coding requirements. We make sure that we code or index these documents so that attorneys can search them at any given time using search criteria that can be predetermined. This will help them to generate their own reports to support litigation that is ongoing.

A more comprehensive coding process in addition to the above, keywords and relevant data from the document text, flexible and specific to individual law firm requirements are also done.

Here the coding process involves full conversion of all data in to text format to be indexed in to a database for future reference and search. |
