If you bid on a project and are then selected by the
project owner to become their service provider a notification email will be sent to the address
provided in your registration document.
The bid winner email will contain a link that must be
followed to confirm or decline your willingness to work on the project. This
email should be responded to quickly as the project provider is entitled to
change their mind up until you respond to this email.
- If you confirm you will be emailed the project owner’s contact details
and they will be sent yours. This is where the involvement of Technical
Outsourcing ends and you are both free to communicate about the project.
- If you decline the project owner will be advised that you do not wish to
honour your bid. A “bad bid” mark will also be added to your
professional profile which will enable other project owners to see that you
have a history of not honouring you bids.
