Service providers have a rating displayed in their
professional profile. This rating is a calculation of the service provider’s
quality of work over the last 6 months.
The rating is collected from the feedback the service
provider receives when a project is completed. The rating is calculated as
follows:
- Project
owner’s feedback provides a star rating out of 5 for the service provider.
- Star
rating is multiplied by the project cost.
- This
is then averaged over the total project cost during the last 6 months.
The rating is an excellent way to quickly determine the
quality of the service provider’s work before reading the feedback remarks
left by project owners. |
