SIGNING PROCEDURE
* Give letter of interest and company details.
* Make travel charges of 5000 favoring xxxxxxxxxxxxx payable at xxxx.
* Visit company in MUMBAI.
* Sign MOU on complete satisfaction.
* Take necessary training.
* Start Trial work.
* Start commercials.
* You will get LC as payment security in 2-3 working days.
E-account:
1.Project E-accounting.
2.Payment 1500 U.S. dollars per system mnthly. Approx Rs. 60,000 per
system monthly billing.
3.Initially 10 systems work will be given for a period of 3 mnths as a trail period work.
4.If the trail work execution is good then it wll b extended for 100 systems.
5.Sign up directly with U.S. company
6.NDA sign up at delhi, document, work order,U.S. company introduction and verification etc will be done at that time only.
7.U.S. co will provide software to execute the work. The free cost of the software is approximately Rs 50,000/-.
8.U.S. company will provide 50% of the first month bill at the time of trail work as advance.
9.This project if the trail work is executed properly then they may extend for 6 years and the same people will be considered for other project works of U.S co.
10.10% deduction in monthly billing for the consultant, for this you have to sign an NDA with us.
11.The whole process will take 10 days time. Only 10 slots are available first come first serve basis only. Ech slot 10 systems work only.
12.For 1 company only one slot is allotted.
13.You have to provide your company profile without fail. If u have a minimum set-up of 10 systems its o.k.
13.Dont exaggerate your profile just give them the exact infrastructure what you have.
14. Introduction amount Rs.5,000 per slot.
For all other details regarding technical know - how, execution, LC etc you have to ask the company people after NDA signing.
